"My own particular interest is in psychosomatic disorders and the problems of addiction, and I have built up considerable experience in these areas. I also have an interest in negative self-image and in self-harm.

More recently I have been trained in Cognitive Beahavioural Therapy."

Both of us offer counselling and psychotherapy in relation to a wide range of issues,
but of course as individuals we have our own special interests.

"I have a particular interest in the issues which surround motherhood, post-natal depression and parenting.

I like to work creatively through visualisations, breathing and dream work and I feel I have a natural, sensitive and gentle way of working.

I also work as a Doula - an assistant who provides various forms of non-medical and non-midwifery support (both physical and emotional) in the childbirth process."
